Stauer Karlis Polis, had Villa Ostmala built in 1906. The large villa has three stories with rich wooden finishes and an observation tower, which offers a wonderful view of the Vasarnīcu Street area and the Baltic Sea.

    In 1999 the property underwent a major renovation, reflecting the splendor of its past.
The rooms in the main building are spacious and have wonderful view of the garden. All rooms have sepereted bathrooms with shower.
